As you receive verification invoice, your reservation will be accepted .Initial booking is of no limit to more than 4 to 9 weeks and above before the time of departure.

About 3 weeks before departure more than 35% for luxurious package Safaris and 45% for budget package Safaris amount should be paid as the availability to the clients confirmation . Once is done and confirmed, you will be exposed more details on safari information. The rest amount will be full paid soon after arrival. • Cancellation
  written trip cancellation notification is recommended. If your trip cancellation is made after the dated payable for full payment of your safari, charges fee will be sanctified for 35% from the total package paid for Safaris. Should you fail proceed with safari and leaves it prior to its completion, no safari fare refund will be made.

• Insurance
